Meet Our Pastors.
Pastor Bob Peet
Senior Pastor
Pastor Bob Peet planted Kingdom of God Church on May 2, 2013. He gave his life to Jesus Christ in 2002 and began studying the Word of God seriously shortly thereafter. In 2007, Pastor Bob began giving messages at Praise Chapel, and in 2012, God placed a stirring in his heart to plant a church.
Kingdom of God Church began with about 25 people and has grown to more than 200. Pastor Bob firmly believes that people need to know why they believe what they say they believe. He also believes that people should be given the opportunity to serve God as they are called to do.
Pastor Bob also plays bass guitar on the worship team, and his wife, Sandee Peet, sings on the worship team. His life experience includes being a stand-up comedian, a former bar owner, a professional motorcycle jumper, and he still races professional motorcycles today.
Pastor Bill Franzen
Executive Pastor
Pastor Bill Franzen serves Kingdom of God Church through the gift of administration. He works closely with the Senior Pastor to help supervise the operations of the church, including staff and church business.
His role helps free the Senior Pastor to focus on ministry and lead the pastoral responsibilities of the church.
Pastor David Frankel
Associate Pastor
David Frankel has a heart for evangelism, especially street ministry. He leads the men’s ministry at Kingdom of God Church and helps guide men toward spiritual health and discipleship.
David also leads the church’s outreach ministry, helping the church share the love of Jesus and the message of the gospel with people outside the church.
Howie Melendez
Recovery Ministry Pastor
Howie Melendez teaches biblical principles of recovery found in the Bible. He has been teaching recovery ministry since 2012 and has written his own booklet on recovery.
Howie has a heart to help people experience freedom, healing, and restoration through the truth of God’s Word.
Meet Our Staff.
Spencer Peet
Youth Leader
Spencer Peet has been part of church life since childhood as the pastor’s son. In 2025, God placed ministry on his heart, and he has served as Youth Leader since October 2025.
Spencer is excited to begin seminary training in September 2026 and is grateful for the opportunity to serve the next generation at Kingdom of God Church. He also plays guitar on the worship team.
Stefanie Glover wears many hats at Kingdom of God Church. She has served as Worship Leader since 2021 and also serves as the Office Manager, Music Ministry Director, Ladies Night Out Women’s Ministry Director, and teaches the children to sing.
Stefanie has a long history in ministry and has been singing since she was a young girl. Quite often, she is referred to as “the go-to girl.”

Lisa Becker
Children’s Church Director
Lisa Becker has always had a heart for children. She has directed Children’s Church on and off since 2017 and continues to be a blessing to the children and families of Kingdom of God Church.
Lisa is also a proud grandmother of two beautiful girls, who are her pride and joy.
Angel Wings Ministry and
Jail Ministry Director
Charmayne Franzen
Charmayne Franzen has directed the Angel Wings Ministry and Jail Ministry since 2016. Through these ministries, she helps serve people with compassion, care, and the love of Jesus.
Charmayne is also the wife of Executive Pastor Bill Franzen.
Dianna Miller
Choir Director / Bible Study Fellowship Group Leader
Dianna Miller leads the choir at Kingdom of God Church and also leads Bible Study Fellowship, also known as BSF. BSF is a life-changing women’s Bible study that meets once a week.
Dianna has been a great blessing to Kingdom of God Church for several years. The choir leads worship on the second weekend of every month.
In-Depth Bible Study on the Resurrection Teacher
Clark Brown
Clark Brown teaches the In-Depth Bible Study on the Resurrection class at Kingdom of God Church. He has taught this class since 2021 and has been in ministry for more than 35 years.
The class meets every Saturday evening and provides an opportunity to study the resurrection in a deeper and more meaningful way.
Gary Reynolds
Science Proves the Bible Teacher
Gary Reynolds teaches the Science Proves the Bible class at Kingdom of God Church. Since 2023, Gary has helped show how true science points to Christ.
His teaching highlights the depth of biblical instruction offered at Kingdom of God Church.
Al and Bonnie Burnham
King’s Cupboard Directors
Al and Bonnie Burnham met at Kingdom of God Church and were married at Kingdom of God Church. Together, they serve as the directors of King’s Cupboard.
This husband-and-wife team is proud to serve in the food for the homeless ministry, and they are a blessing to Kingdom of God Church.
